December 2025This apartment was stunning!! It looked even better than the photos and was fantastic value. The hotel complex was beautiful, including the rooftop pool. We especially loved the large patio area as part of our room which included the small, private plunge pool. This has been our favourite accommodation in Mexico so far and will be difficult to top! The apartment is across the road from a big supermarket which is very helpful, and it’s not a long taxi ride to get to the beach area of Tulum. Highly recommended!!!

August 2025We had a really great time here! The amenities in the building are great, the location is fantastic -- short walking distance to a great many things, and the condo itself was very spacious and great for remote work. We'd recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

August 2025We loved our stay here! The location was perfect — walking distance to everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were excellent with communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. The facilities were outstanding, with multiple pools, relaxing lounge areas, and everything well-maintained. We’d happily book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

August 2024Muy bonito el lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos, tiene amenidades que no se muestran como los vasos para las bebidas y recipientes para trasladar alimentos nos fue de ayuda para consumir fruta durante nuestra estancia. Nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable en todo momento. Únicamente la zona para estacionar no es muy cómoda, se forma mucha agua.

Un espacio hermoso, tranquilo, el departamento impecable con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, la ubicación es perfecta, ya que está cerca de avenida que te lleva a zona hotelera, y de igual forma cerca de Tulum centro, tiene tiendas solo a pasos para compras rápidas. Sin duda volvería a mi regreso a Tulum.

March 2024Vi havde et fantastisk ophold hos Carlos Sebastian. Det er en fantastisk bolig og i god afstand til alt hvad man skal bruge. Sebastian var god til at hjælpe med alt hvad man skulle bruge. Lejligheden er flot og man kan få slappet af på den private terrasse. Når vi kommer til Mexico igen, skal vi helt bestemt bo her igen.

May 2024My family and I enjoyed our stay at beautiful IIK in Tulum! This was a perfect location, right in El Centro, with an awesome jungle vibe!!! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, we would definitely book again!

June 2024If you are looking for the ideal remote working location in Tulum, look no further. Book quickly with them before it’s too late and prices skyrocket. This will be my go to spot whenever I come back to Tulum - close to everything walking distance + if you rent an ATV it’s easy to get around the town. Don’t beat the local experience outside of just staying in the beach zone. The beach/hotel zone is only a 10min drive away. Cannot wait to come back for another long term stay here!
