December 2025La suite es fiel a las fotos, muy cómodo, limpio y tienes lo necesario para unas excelentes vacaciones en el Caribe Mexicano. Son petfriendly y eso es muy importante para nosotros ya que casi siempre viajamos con nuestras perritas!! La gente de recepción es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Muy fácil la comunicación con Minerva quien estuvo siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí!!

June 2025El lugar es muy bonito, y moderno, me encantaron las piscinas y la zona es bonita para caminar, hay un supermercado cruzando la calle y buenos restaurantes cerca. Totalmente volvería a hospedarme ahí.

February 2025This is a comfortable place in a good location! The host replied to my messages promptly. The shower is actually hot compared to other places I've stayed in Tulum. It is a nice place to relax and watch TV or get some work done. The wifi was solid.

February 2025me encantó las instalaciones de iik Tulum y saber mantener esa vibra bohemia o que estás en la jungla aprte de que las habitaciones estan muy elegantes, tiene una gran ubicación para poder ir a las ruinas y las playas de igual manera cerca de restaurantes, Minerva siempre estuvo atenta , me encantó :D

February 2025todo estuvo muy bien, la ubicación me quedo perfecta, el jacuzzi muy bien el único comentario es en la calle para accesar como no está pavimentada se hacen grandes lagunas de agua y como llevaba carro si fue un problema pero por el alojamiento todo perfecto

January 2025I love this place, it is close to the main street in tulum and it was extremely easy to get a bike to ride around town. The water was cold and the bathroom doesn’t have too much privacy, but besides that, this is a great stay for 2 people, especially with the community areas!

Sin duda nos volveríamos a alojar aquí, el lugar es muy bello, con muchas amenidades , cama súper cómoda y la host es muy amable , igual que el personal de recepción Lo único a tomar en cuenta es si traes coche , el estacionamiento es algo complicado ya que la calle está en muy malas condiciones por la lluvia

December 2024We had a nice stay in Tulum. The accomodation was really nice, you can enjoy the Pools on the roof, the Communication was good. Everything was Like on the pictures. We felt home. And it is Not gar away from the center. Thank you very much Minerva.

October 2024Estuvimos muy a gusto, las instalaciones excelentes y todo muy limpio. El lugar muy tranquilo sin ruidos pudimos descansar muy bien. El único punto es que la calle de acceso tiene baches que ae llenan de agua y no se puede pasar caminando, resultó complicado pero nada serio

August 2024Het was een geweldige verblijf in deze Airbnb. Alles is op loopafstand, zoals restaurants, winkels, banken. Er zijn veel plaatsen waar je fietsen kunt huren en ik haalde elke dag op 3 minuten afstand een overheerlijke verse kokosnoot. De Airbnb zelf is erg fijn om in te verblijven. Ik voelde mij erg thuis. Het is relaxed en stil. De zwembaden op de daken zijn erg rustgevend en daar genoot ik ook elke dag van. Mevrouw geeft altijd erg snel antwoord. Zij hielp mij heel goed en is erg aardig. Ik was voorheen bij een andere plaats en moest met nood weg. Zij heeft mij opgevangen en dit prachtige plaats aangeboden. Erg bedankt voor uw gastvrijheid. Ik zal zeker terug komen naar deze plaats.
