December 2025We loved our stay. The location is great - you're in the town but also on the road that leads to the beach (although it's a bit of a drive so would recommend renting scooters!). The amenities were nice - several different pools although tbh we didn't even use them because we were busy swimming in cenotes or the ocean. The tub on the patio had some floating grime but the unit comes with a tool for collecting all of that if you wanted to use it. The AC works well. Very few bugs.

November 2025Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft, und es war ideal. Eine Küche ist vorhanden. Es gibt mehrere Pools und Liegemöglichkeiten in Haus. Die colectivos und ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Es hat alles gepasst und die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Ich komme gerne wieder wenn ich wieder in Tulum bin.

November 2025I had a wonderful time at Sebastian's place. The location was really perfect for someone who is just getting to know the city. It felt safe to walk back home at night as a single lady. The grocery is only a couple of blocks away, restaurant too. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was the colors of the walls, it felt kind of dark inside, not enough light for me, but that is very much my personal preference. They even helped me find a permanent appartment which i really appreciated. They were responsive and helped me right away if I had any difficulty. I highly recommend this place. Oh and my dog also liked the place too. :)

July 2025Minerva is an excellent host. She always initiated contact to confirm that my needs were met and always responded expediently when I reached out to her. She made sure to offer cleaning services constantly and provided clean towels and toiletries upon request. Due to unexpected circumstances, she allowed me both to check in early and to check out late. Services from this host, the guards and property manager were excellent.

February 2025I had a fantastic stay at this loft! The space was incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed for an extended visit. Minerva, the host, was exceptional, very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I really appreciated how promptly they addressed my concerns with the A/C and shower. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, even holding a package for me when Amazon forgot to include my apartment number. Once I arrived, they promptly informed me that it had arrived. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a well-equipped and well-managed stay! The location is also great; you can walk to the supermarket, and the beach is just 10-15 minutes away by bike. There are lots of restaurants, pharmacies, and shops within walking distance. Thank you, Minerva, I truly appreciated your hospitality!

November 2024Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und war sauber, der Gemeinschaftsbereich bietet mit mehreren Pools, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Fitnessstudio alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist super um Downtown zu erkunden, der Supermarkt ist sehr nah und man kommt auch schnell Richtigung Hotelzone/Strand. Die Kommunikation lief schnell ab. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist freundlich.

August 2024Il condominio è ben tenuto e le piscine e gli spazi in comune super godibili sono stati molto molto apprezzati. La zona è tranquilla e comoda. L’host è stata molto d’aiuto per il nostro piccolo imprevisto! Lo consiglio assolutamente.

April 2024The suite was exactly as described; the building is very nice with great pools. Having the plunge pool and rack for drying wet towels and bathing suits on the patio were great! Staff at the front desk do not speak English so not able to give any helpful tips or respond when we have a problem with understanding the washing machine. The host and co-hosts were very responsive; unfortunately the jets for plunge pool did not work despite Carlos coming to fix. The bed is quite hard so that would be the other downside. If there was a small net for scooping out the pool that would be great! The patio is surrounded by beautiful trees but with that comes some debris in the pool. Overall good experience.

July 2024This place was good. The location is awesome which is right off the a main road with plenty of dining and shopping options around. The building is beautiful. The unit looks just like the pictures and is well stocked with dishes and most of your cooking needs The building has a sauna and steam room which isn’t easy to find in tulum, the rest of amenities are great with plenty of lounging options, gym, pools, etc Minerva was a great host checking in and ensuring the stay was going well.
