March 2026As a solo traveler, I felt really safe into this Airbnb and neighbourhood. Starting with the Security that was really helpful. The complex is really beautiful and have a lot of ameneties as 2 pool, 1 cold & hot jacuzzi. Unfortunately the sauna was not working but that’s ok. Appartment is as describe and really nice located. A lot of restaurant/ grocery stores was near by. Highly recommend this apparement for your star in Tulum! Thank you Minerva !

January 2025We stayed here for a week during our stay in Tulum and really enjoyed our time. The building is very spacious and green with lots of plants. We really enjoyed using the hot tubs in the building and wanted to use the sauna but the staff told us it wasn’t functioning during our stay. The condo was very cozy and great for two people. They provided some pots/pans, cutlery, knives, plates so you could cook food which was helpful. The mini fridge was also helpful to store beverages and leftover food to microwave (also included). The bed was really comfortable and the AC does a great job of keeping the room nice and cold. It was a bit colder during our stay so we requested an extra blanket that normally isn’t included. Minerva was very accommodating always replying back to us quickly and making sure our needs were taken care of as they arose (even on Christmas). We would return but the roads need to be fixed a bit since there’s lots of potholes that make it difficult to walk & drive.

December 2024Très bel appartement bien équipé. La résidence possède plusieurs piscines et jacuzzis (pas tous fonctionnels au moment où nous y étions). Par contre, le seul problème était que le jacuzzi privé sur la terrasse de l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas et l’eau était très sale et froide. Merci aux hôtes d’avoir été réactives et agréables par messages.

November 2024La ubicación muy bien ( solo la calle para llegar está en muy mal estado), el recepcionista siempre muy atento, la habitación muy linda (solo mucho humedad en la habitación se entiendo q es por la zona), todo las instalaciones excelentes. Minerva muy atenta.

I needed an extra night in Tulum and she really helped accommodate me, even allowing me to store my luggage in a secure location before I checked in when I found difficulty finding a place for it. She is so kind, sweet, helpful, and came on site herself to help fix something in the unit. The room was so clean, quiet, safe, and beautiful. I really appreciated everything she did for me during my stay, and all her efforts to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely stay again without hesitation

February 2024We loved the condo and would stay there again - it's a great value and location, clean and new, lovely gym and lap pool and rooftop hottub. The kitchen was well equipped and the host even provided a little coffee. There was no soap, shampoo, or drinking water, though -- I'd recommend installing a wall dispenser for soaps and 20 liter water bottle station (or reverse osmosis filter) to help guests avoid single use plastics. Recycling options would be appreciated, too. It's 2024 :-D

June 2024Absolutely LOVED this stay. The room was incredible and the hotel AMAZING. absolutely stunning. There are 7 pools here!!!!!! - we felt very safe in the hotel and the surrounding area - the linens were SO SOFT and comfortable - the internet was strong, fast and consistent - the host was communicative and we could check in on our own - easy walk to grocery store and restaurants - Close to the tourist strip - we rented a car (National was the cheapest) to get from the airport and to the Tulum Ruins/Beach. Very cheap and the drop off is right next to the apartment. - bike and atv rentals next door as well - there was no chair, washer or blender as pictured but a laundry was close by that was also an Internet cafe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this stay to anyone and we’d be so happy to come back. Thank you, it was a dream!
