Loved this Airbnb, very responsive host, great layout, loved the bathroom in the master bedroom. Each bedroom has outdoor accessibility. Highly recommend.

March 2026We could not have enjoyed our stay at adora tulum more! Everything es perfect for what we wanted and expected. My only struggle was not realizing my phone wouldn’t work very well once we got to Mexico and I should have had the instructions saved to where I wouldn’t need internet to access them. Having the instructions a day before would have been helpful. We enjoyed the cenote and pool immensely and finally took advantage of the onsite spa on our last day. They had some nice extras like sun hats towels yoga mats umbrellas and swim goggles in the condo Which was nice. The front desk people were super nice and helpful and the on site restaurant was yummy. Just down the road was a little market and French bakery La baguette that we loved.

March 2026Wir haben die Unterkunft geliebt. Es sah alles genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist ein Traum und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight war die Cenote, die einfach traumhaft schön gewesen ist. In der Anlage gibt es auch ein Restaurant, was wir auch sehr empfehlen können. Wir haben uns täglich Getränke dort gekauft und waren einige Male dort frühstücken. Ich hatte erstmal bedenken, dass mir der Strand fehlen würde, es war allerdings so schön dort, dass wir die Zeit lieber dort verbracht haben. Vielen Dank, dass wir dank euch so eine tolle Zeit hatten.

El lugar es hermoso, estuvimos muy cómodos, nosotros estuvimos en vehículo rentado así q movernos fue fácil, nos pareció q estaba todo cerca. Me encantaría volver a alojarme allí.

The location wasn’t the best for our need but you are right between the Pueblo and beach, which I though would work, but because of the all the taxi’s it added up. But totally my bad on that. Any who, this place is breath taking, real talk.

December 2025Gloria and Minerva were nothing short of AMAZING. For starters the place is beautiful, located on a wonderful property between the hotel zone and town. Getting around was super easy and renting a scooter/bicycle is seamless through the front desk. We felt very safe navigating the area ourselves. WiFi and electricity was great especially considering we are in the middle of the jungle. Communication with Gloria and Minerva was great, they are responsive and help with anything you can think of. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly. Finally, the amenities. After staying in a few Airbnb’s it was so nice to have everything we needed — some things even surprised us like umbrellas and yoga mats! Overall, if you are thinking of staying here, got for it! I have no regrets :)

July 2025The place was as described. Peaceful, clean and we had a great stay. Host was very responsive via chat. Aircon worked well. The kitchen had all the utensils you’d need. The area was about 10mins from the famous Taboo beach club. Overall I’d come back again if I’m Tulum. Thank you!

May 2025Gloria’s apartment was incredibly comfortable and styled well. The same tires like the cenote were one-of-a-kind and the giant stone tub outside was luxurious! What a fantastic place to visit. If you are looking for somewhere to enjoy that’s between the hotel zone and downtown Tulum this is a good location. There are not many restaurants nearby so we were able to rent a scooter with the help of the front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay easy. Thank you, Gloria and team

June 2025We really enjoyed this place! The unit is very clean, spacious, and has very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of room to hang out, play games, and cook. The unit is in a bigger condo complex that has an awesome pool with lounge chairs, a restaurant where we got coffee every morning, and a front desk who is more than happy to provide concierge service — they helped us book all our taxis and make dinner reservations. My only complaint is that 2 of the bedrooms are quite close to the main road which could be noisy, but it was nothing some white noise couldn’t cover up.

December 2024We had an amazing time at the Airbnb! The spot was spacious and so pretty inside. The pool was at the front of the home but was well covered and private. There were so many amazing amenities, you hardly had to leave! They had taxis outside ready to go, a restaurant/bar, pool, and massages. Such an amazing experience, I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

October 2024El lugar está muy padre, las instalaciones están bastante bonitas y limpias. Se siente mucha tranquilidad. Hay un restaurante ahí mismo que ayuda mucho ya que moverte sin vehículo está complicado. También rentan bicis para que te puedas mover. Si tiene 2 baños completos y un medio baño. Las habitaciones están de buen tamaño.

September 2024This was a lovely place for our family (two adults, two kids under 8) to stay for a week. It is well-equipped and would be perfect for much longer stays too: large king-sized beds, well-functioning A/C, washer/dryer, a big dining table, and nice kitchen. Gloria and Minerva were very responsive and helpful with questions we had and the staff at the condo complex were also very helpful. The complex is on a main road between Tulum town and the beach, but once you enter the complex, you are far removed from that. Note: Because you are neither in town nor at the beach, you will want to have a car or plan for regular taxi usage. We had a rental car and had easy parking at the condo complex.

September 2024Loved the property. Having an onsite cafe was a great touch since the surrounding area isn't the most walkable. The staff was kind and helpful. And the apartment itself was gorgeous. Especially adored the outdoor spaces. Would recommend renting a car, scooter, or ebike.

August 2024Gloria was a great host, Very helpful and very attentive, the place was even better looking in person the pool was refreshing everything was perfect from the beginning till the end, lots of things around to do if you don’t have a car plenty taxi right in front of it waiting at your service. If you looking for a great place to stay Adora is the perfect one, very quiet I slept like a baby, bed was very comfortable, I have nothing bad to say about the place, thanks Gloria for everything.

August 2024I Would definitely return to her place. It was magnificent! Clean and safe photos don't do it justice! You truly forget what is beyond the walls when you enter the property. I would definitely recommend renting a car/scooter if you have kids as its about 2 miles to the beach or downtown but if you are needing to rent a bike its doable as they rent them on site and the location is pretty much in the middle of the two. :) Thank you, Gloria, The Holmes Family <3

March 2024We had an amazing time here! The place was stunning and had all the (brand new!) amenities for a perfect vacation, plus everything we needed to feel at home, from a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer to speakers in every room. Especially loved the private saltwater pool and Balinese tub, which added a touch of luxury and relaxation to our experience. With three king bedrooms we were able to easily accommodate three couples. Beautiful jungle-like vegetation and a private cenote with crystal clear water allowed us to enjoy the amazing natural environment. Close to beach clubs, restaurants, and other places for bike rental, temazcal, yoga, meditation, and spa. Plus, the new Tulum airport is just 30 minutes from the apartment! Last but not least, Minerva was very attentive and helped us with all kinds of reservations for taxis, restaurants, beach clubs, and tours. Truly an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

La alberca estaba perfectamente limpia y mantenida, lo que hizo que disfrutáramos aún más de nuestro tiempo allí. Además, el cenote dentro del desarrollo era una joya, ofreciendo una experiencia única y refrescante. El anfitrión Gloria y Minerva, muy atentas y amigables!!! Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia confortable y lujosa en Tulum.

March 2024We loved every bit of our time here. Gloria and multiple co host made it feel like we had constant concierge service. One of Gloria’s team met us They even purchased some groceries I requested that i was able to pay for on arrival! There was a front desk check in to the property for added service and security that gave great recommendations. The home was beautiful, decor all brand new. Great private pool. We loved the rock outdoor bathtub and indoor/outdoor showers. Linens and beds were perfectly comfortable and clean all king beds in three rooms. Excellent WiFi The grounds are exquisite jungle banana trees. So lush. My kids loved the denote to swim in just steps from our door as well as a huge pool with caves in front of the restaurant. The food and service was amazing at the on-site restaurant. You really didn’t need to leave if you didn’t have to, and when we did there was a cab constantly at the front to pop to town or the beach. Loved this spot such a cool vibe!!

July 2024I love love love this place!! Gloria, Minerva, and the rest of the team were so helpful and attentive! The place was absolutely beautiful and had everything you need and more! It was very safe and had staff available 24/7. Taxis were always out front ready to go. We were able to order our groceries and have them there at arrival and they were also available at any time of the day you needed them! We did experience a power outage but it was not the unit’s fault as it was city-wide but the hosts were still very attentive and provided anything necessary to keep us comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else that they should as well!

July 2024In the world of Airbnb it's hard to find a listing that looks JUST like the photos! The apartment home is just beautiful, tastefully decorated & very well appointed. The beds were firm but very comfortable, extra pillows, linens & good closet space. The bathrooms were all gorgeous & felt like you were in a spa. We were here in July, & it was pretty hot & humid. So glad the air conditioning in each room worked well. The kitchen had lots of utensils & cooking equipment, even an air fryer! The pool also was beautiful & fun for a night swim. We did get a rental car, which we were very happy to have. Originally we thought we could bike or walk down to the beach, but the road is pretty busy. I would suggest a car or taxi for transport. The owners were amazing! Not only did they answer small questions we had such as grocery stores, etc, but they helped us find an urgent care after an accident my husband had. They even followed up on their own as to how he was doing. Thank you!
