May 2026Tuve una excelente experiencia hospedándome aquí. El lugar estaba súper limpio, cómodo y tal cual como en las fotos. La ubicación también fue muy buena y todo el proceso fue fácil desde el check-in hasta la salida. El anfitrión siempre fue muy amable y atento. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

May 2026Todo estuvo excelente! La atención, el lugar hermoso e irreal, las amenidades increíbles! Definitivamente volveremos. Solo que la siguiente vez que volvamos llevaremos tapones para oídos ya que como el Airbnb está del lado de la avenida Kukulkán toda la noche pasan motocicletas y afectan de alguna forma a personas con sueño ligero. Fuera de eso todo está fenomenal! Adoramos la tina al aire libre, agustísimo, y el cenote un gran plus. Me faltó nadar de noche en la alberca, seguramente experiencia imperdible.

April 2026Excelente hospedaje , estoy de vacaciones y lo iba a usar solo para dormir , para mi sorpresa nos enfermamos y tuvimos que permanecer en el Hospedaje por 2 días y todo estuvo muy bien , es un lugar muy cómodo hay hbo, Disney , Netflix , YouTube y Amazon prime todo incluido por si toca quedarse , hay tmb cafetera , utensilio como platos , vasos , cubiertos etc , 10/10 , no interactuamos mucho con minerva porque realmente no fue necesario todo fue muy claro y tal cual como en las imágenes :)

January 2026There are beautiful aspects of the apartment, but also some flaws. It’s very loud due to the traffic. It’s shocking how run down this place is considering it was built 2023. We had some problems when we arrived, but Minerva responded fast, so we are grateful for that. The bath on the balcony and the big bed were definitely the highlights. There’s an accessible parking in front of the building.

August 2025Lugar agradable y muy ameno, increíble las amenidades el cenote, alberca y la habitación. Minerva fue muy amable en todo momento. Únicos detalles a mejorar limpieza en algunos detalles y mencionar la vista al tinaco y tanque de gas del restaurante, sin tomar atención a eso la estancia es muy relajante. Prevenidos si buscan silencio vayan con tapones de oídos, la carretera está a un costado. De todo lo demás genial, necesitaba un descanso y hacer contacto con la naturaleza sin perder comodidad y lo cumple. Gracias por tan lindo espacio.

February 2025This place was beautiful, with a cenote located inside the premises. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The room is by the street so it can be noise by the cars and scooters passing by. But that didn’t really bother us. Overall it was a good place to stay.

February 2025Minervas apartment is great value for money. It is genuinely one of the nicest places we have stayed. The grounds of the apartment are amazing with a private cenote. We could not ask for a better place to stay. The only issue is the location - it is a 40 minute walk to the centre. And a 40 minute walk to the beach. Taxis are £10 each way so be prepared to either walk a lot or spend a decent amount on taxis. But if you are looking to stay in the hotel all day it is great which is what we did.

January 2025Cumple con la descripción, hay buena comunicación, resuelve tus dudas. Recomiendo poner la ubicación antes porque cerca de la zona no hay señal. Está sobre una carretera, así que puede ser ruidoso, pero nada del otro mundo. Cuenta con un restaurante en donde está deliciosa toda la comida. La tina es muy espaciosa. Caben perfectamente dos personas. Lo único que no nos gustó, fue que el área para estacionarse es muy pequeña y no hay luz, hay espacio cerca (justo al lado) pero no está pavimentado y justo en la entrada hay dos hoyos (los únicos que nos tocaron en todo el camino). La persona que nos recibió, nos llevó hasta nuestro departamento, muy buen servicio (a pesar de que llegamos a la media noche). El agua de la alberca no está calientita. En las amenidades menciona secadora, pero no hay así que recomiendo llevar la suya. El cuarto es espacioso y la cama muy grande y cómoda. Está entre la zona hotelera y el centro de Tulum. Todo queda cerca a menos de 10 minutos en carro.

January 2025Nos encanto Adora, el lugar es hermoso con un cenote dentro y un restaurante muy rico donde desayunamos varias veces. El Spa fue una experiencia muy agradable para mi y mi pareja y los precios muy razonables. Nos encantó que tenían servicio de carros que nos llevaban a donde quisiéramos sin tener que pagar los precios excesivos de los taxis de Tulum. En general excelente, me volvería a quedar aquí!

Property amenities were amazing. Restaurant was great, the pool and cenote were awesome, and the overall vibe was amazing.

August 2024This place is in the perfect location to beach and Centro. The property is beautiful and has lots of things to do. It does face the main road to the beach, which makes it loud. But ear plugs or sound machine can help with this. The price for location and unit is amazing!

December 2023El complejo es muy bonito, tiene piscina, restaurante y la habitación cuenta con una bañera muy bonita. El espacio es suficiente, muy amplio y ordenado, ideal para descansar. A pesar de que no está lejos del centro, los taxis son MUY CAROS, y al ser una carretera principal no es muy seguro transitar en bicicleta o a pie (aunque se puede, pero perderían tiempo valioso). Un aspecto que no está en el anuncio es que el apartamento da a la calle y durante la noche se escuchan los carros y motos pasar.

December 2023Really nice place. Only problem was the address takes you too the wrong place if it’s translated into English and to get to the town you will need a taxi if you have bags. If you’re after somewhere out the way and relaxing and don’t mind the distance then it’s an amazing place.

February 2024The location is perfect — I cannot stress this enough. It is right next to newly paved roads that can take you to Tulum Centro, the beach, and/or Aldea Zama. The on-site pool, restaurant/cafe/bar, and staff are all phenomenal. The bath is the largest I have ever seen. The wifi was perfect for 30 straight days. Great place to stay if you want to explore the different parts of Tulum, work remotely, or both.

February 2024J’ai louer cet appartement en sachant bien que l’endroit était éloigné pour se déplacer à la marche, de la plage ou du centre-ville de Tulum. Alors, pour vos déplacements, la possibilité de louer de vélo ou scooter est à y penser. L’emplacement de cet appartement donne directement sur une rue qui est tout de même passante. Plusieurs constructions dans ce secteur son en cours et le va et vient des camions est fréquent entre 7h et 17h. Ceci dit, le soir c’est moins dérangeant, mais heureusement pour moi, j’avais des bouchons pour dormir. Pour avoir fait quelque Airbnb à Tulum, c’est un bel appartement, propre et l’accès à une piscine dans ce complexe est très apprécié.

April 2024A great stay in Tulum. The view from this place was beautiful. I enjoyed the amenities (spa and restaurant). There was a lot of construction going on at the property so it was a bit nosey also could hear all the cars on the main road. I would recommend this air bnb !

May 2024Tivemos uma ótima estadia, local exatamente como nas fotos, tudo lindo e bem novinho. Gostamos bastante. O hotel ainda está em reforma, o que ocasiona alguns barulhos durante o dia, aparentemente ainda vai demorar um bom tempo para finalizar, o quarto também fica próximo à avenida com bastante movimentação , se tiver o sono leve atrapalha um pouco o barulho de carros e motos passando.
