January 2025Had great time staying there. Very nice apartment - spacious but still cozy and some nice little touches like a hammock on the patio. Full kitchen and dining table, two aircons and vents, storage space - all in a central convenient location. Host was very responsive and helpful. The only con was the noise - the area is full of bars with parties and karaoke nights, so it's VERY loud in the evening. If you care about that, then usually music stops around 2am, so earplugs are a must.

December 2024Excellent location surrounded by bars and restaurants. Everything was great and they even let me stay past the checkout time. The only thing is the shower water pressure could have been stronger but it wasn’t a big deal.

December 2024Queda en buena zona el departamento . Si hay bares (en frente y detrás en la zona) pero dormimos muy bien, no nos afectó en absoluto, al contrario salimos a conocerlos, el depa queda en una zona súper céntrico y accesible de llegar a varios puntos, yo fui las ruinas de Tulúm y playa por 30 pesos en una van. El cuarto es super cómodo para dormir/leer. Todo estuvo perfecto, incluso se fue la luz en algunas zonas toda la tarde-noche (esto fuera de control de Marcos obviamente e hizo el reporte debido), la pasamos muy a gusto, también tiene alberca por si quieres ir a aventarte un chapuzón. Estuviera súper padre que hubiera una T.V solo para cuando se descansa o así, en general buen alojamiento, tenía todo lo necesario. Muchas gracias Marcos!

November 2024Marcos was a great host. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Tulum. Location was spot on, near a lot of restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend stay with Marcos!

August 2024Appartement très mignon en plein centre de Tulum. Très calme, la piscine est reposante. Parking juste devant. L’appartement est très bien décoré, propre et équipé parfaitement. Je recommande.

January 2024Marcos was a great host. When we needed something addressed about the apartment, Marcos was responsive. The location is great, right in centro. It can be loud until the early morning, but it didn't bother us.
