March 2026A casa é excelente, arejada, ampla e com bastante espaço para desfazer as malas. Estava tudo muito limpo e a cozinha tinha utensílios suficientes para o preparo de refeições. A localização é ótima, muito perto do centro e com acesso a inúmeros restaurantes. Justamente por isso, diariamente há som alto vindo dos bares e que se estende até de madrugada (como já relatado aqui nas avaliações), mas com tampões de ouvido conseguimos dormir muito bem. Marcos foi muito prestativo e ágil na comunicação. Para não dizer que não há o que melhorar, ganchos para pendurar as toalhas de rosto e um varal seriam muito bem-vindos.

November 2025A pesar de que hay bares cerca del alojamiento una vez cerrando todo, créanme que el ruido externo desaparece. Pudimos dormir sin problemas la verdad, el clima es húmedo pero aún así casi no ocupamos los ventiladores y mucho menos el aire acondicionado. Cuenta con todo para pasar un buen rato en la casa, solo que yo en lo personal le agregaría una tele a la sala pero bueno, espero reservar nuevamente con Marco! No se van a arrepentir. Queda cerca de buenos restaurantes y como a 10-15 minutos de la playa en moto o carro.

From helping arrange a safe private driver, to bringing us candles and water in case the town power went out, he went above and beyond to help us. He works extremely hard to manage the building and we are so thankful for him.

January 2024Marcos was a super nice, welcoming and responsive host. The flat looks exactly like in the pictures, in my opinion even a bit better. It is super spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was super clean and well arranged. Also, the flat is super close to all important restaurants, bars and cafes in Downtown Tulum. The only downside is that the surroundings of the place are a bit sketchy and we did not feel safe during the night. Also there was insanely loud music being played until 2 am both nights. Maybe we were a bit unlucky, because we had the first appartment which is directly facing to the street. Would recommend if noise is no problem for you and you want to stay directly in the center of Tulum!

March 2024My second time staying here. If you like being in the mix and don’t mind some noise it’s perfect. As a single traveller it’s easy for me to get to everything either by walking or bike (witch they provide for a fee).

May 2024Es waren 4 wunderbare Tage in Tulum. Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden. Check-IN mit Schlüssel Box einfach und unkompliziert! Die Gegend ist perfekt! Viele Lokale und Bars. Trotz dass es deswegen am Abend sehr laut ist, im Schlafzimmer hört man nichts von dem. Ruhiger schlaf garantiert ! Wir haben eine Rundreise in Mexiko gemacht, das Appartement war das beste von allen! Sehr zu empfehlen!
