May 2026I stay here all the time as a solo traveller but would also be great for a family or couple. Gas stove is clutch. Not many in tulum and super great if you like to cook. It is a house in Mexico so there are lizards (which I love) and ants but that’s to be expected. Easy access and private.

March 2026One have to be aware that the location is right downtown and Tulum is popular tourist town so there's always some noise, mostly music, maybe not of your choice. However, considering that, it's an amazing spot. The view from both bedroom and living room go through fully glassed wall to a little private back yard with mature trees totally offsetting the middle of center feel. Also the vibe in the apartment is great and the fans in addition to AC provide for great climate. Host is responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

January 2026Nice, spacious and cosy apartment in Tulum center. Friendly host and great communication. Rented bike as well. Would stay again! Area is a bit busy (since it’s in center) so if that’s not your vibe might recommend someplace else. Great if you want to explore the nightlife and restaurants in Tulum Centro.

He met us when we arrived to check in and also was able to provide transportation to us when we left. He gave us stellar local recommendations! The place was in an amazing location — close to everything, including amazing bars and restaurants. It looked exactly as pictured. We loved our stay and would come back again!

January 2025Overall very nice, really cute and clean place, plus designated parking was very helpful. Located right next to the main street, easy walk to lots of restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, currency exchanges etc., but the drawback to this is that you can hear music and partying quite late into the night. The only other negative thing was that the water pressure was very weak, though the shower was nice and roomy.

November 2024We had an amazing time at Marcos’ place! The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed, and more! The courtyard and pool were a great addition - it was lovely to be able to cool off in the pool. The apartment was very private and secure. A little bit of noise in the evenings from nearby bars but this was very minor once the bedroom door was shut - we slept very well! Marcos was a fantastic host - he was proactive and responsive, allowing us to check in early and helping us with any questions! We are so grateful and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you!

October 2024Loved his space. I will say, yes, it is around some noisy neighbors. However, bring the earplugs and it will be fine. He has hot water, and electricity, and is so responsive. I can't tell you how accommodating Marcos was! He also helped me with transportation getting back to the airport. Keep in mind: Water and electricity sometimes goes out in Tulum. I have been to other areas in Tulum and it was really bad. Marcos's place is great!

September 2024I’ve been to Tulum a few times now & this place has really stood out. It’s centrally located to the main avenue where you can find many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. Also, a quick walk from the ADO bus station if you are using transportation. The place itself is very clean, has AC and fans, and all the main amenities necessary. My only suggestion, maybe add a TV for entertainment but not a deal breaker. Honorable mention, the small backyard pool is perfect for a nice dip to cool down too!

August 2024The place was great! Right next to everything in the centro area. Only 3 units, so the place was very quiet. Pool area was fantastic. Marcos went above and beyond to let me check in early and check out late. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Tulum.

January 2024We are so glad we got to stay in Marco’s beautiful place! The location could not be more perfect and the private courtyard and pool is very peaceful. If you are a light sleeper the club noise may be an issue but we switched the overhead fan on and it washed out the noise. Marcos went above and beyond to help us and we would definitely recommend his place to anyone who plans a visit to Tulum! Muchas gracias, Marcos!

February 2024Loved staying at Marcos place! The space is ideal. It's beautiful, private, and well designed. It's close to a lot of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops and is an easy bike ride to the beach. Marcos had anything we needed on hand and was very responsive to our messages. Internet was quite good as well.

February 2024Excellent place in Tulum Centro. All the good bars and restaurants are a 5-10 min walk from here. It does get loud at night, so make sure you bring your ear plugs. Marcos was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Would definitely come back.

February 2024Marco’s place is in the heart of all that’s happening in Tulum. Dozens of bars and restaurants nearby. The place was private and the bed is comfortable. Marco was extremely accommodating, allowing me to leave my bags at the apartment until it was time to leave for my flight. The shower is a bit of a trickle but it gets the job done and there were no problems with hot water, which has been an issue for me in other Mayan Riviera rentals. I would return

March 2024Absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Perfect location for walking around downtown Tulum. The pool is great and the host was very communicative of everything needed. One watch out is that there are not a ton of toiletries so might need to make a quick run to the store but for the price and location I can’t recommend enough. Would stay here again.

March 2024The apartment is in a super great location. The Main Street is a block away and the surrounding streets are full of restaurants and shops. Tulum is great for walking and riding a bike. Marco even has bikes. There is a lot to do and he is available if you have any questions to get help. Wonderful host and wonderful property. I will definitely stay there again if it’s available next year.

July 2024The place was right across from local bars and restaurants that were AMAZING. My friend and I went for a quick getaway weekend. The place is SO cute and quiet despite being in the middle of everything. It was just right for 2 people. If you like traveling to more local areas, I’d suggest. It’s a 20-min ride to resorts and beaches which was about $60-80 round trip via taxi depending on the time of day.
