February 2025War ein wirklich tolles Airbnb. Das Ambiente der Wohnanlage war sehr schön. Die Wohnung verfügte über alles was man brauchte. Es ist geräumiger wie auf den Fotos, ist aber genau so schön wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist richtig bequem und rießig. Die straßen zum Airbnb sind sehr buckelig aber das funktioniert trotzdem wenn man langsam fährt. Würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

February 2025+L’appartement est joli et correspond au photo. Mise à disposition de shampoing, savon et crème. Les piscines sont agréables. Les plantes sont belles. Moustiquaire à la fenêtre - Le matelas est déformé. La machine à lever était sous clé. J’ai eu froid et malgré que le propriétaire m’a dit qu’ils allaient amené une couverture, malgré mon long séjour, je ne l’ai jamais reçue. Le code pour entrer dans la chambre ne semble pas être changé entre chaque locataire et donne une sensation d’insécurité. Intentions régulières des propriétaires de nous envoyer de la publicité pour des activités et peu de préoccupation du bien-être du locataire. Les routes environnantes sont en très mauvais état: pour accéder au parking il faut franchir une route très bossée avec des trous et des étangs. La plage et le centre sont éloignés - impossibilité de s’y rendre en marchant et les taxis sont trop chers.

January 2025Pros: The place was clean and looked like the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the balcony and rooftop pool were great ways to relax and unwind. Located a short walk from many restaurants and bars. The front desk hosts also helped set up taxis for us to get to the beach and were very friendly. Cons: We had difficulty getting into the Airbnb upon check in. It took about an hour to get in, however, our host was responsive and helpful. Also, keep in mind the humidity is high in Tulum, so there is a slight mildew odor in the air if the AC is not on.

December 2024El alojamiento está bien ubicado, galán es un restaurante justo al lado, melatte a una vía Dray Media caminando, cuenta con una persona en la recepción disponible todo el tiempo, y la cocina tiene utensilios básicos, bonitos y funcionales. La decoración es agradable, y es un lugar adecuado para una estadía corta de una o dos noches, ya sea solo o en pareja. Sin embargo, tuve algunos inconvenientes. Llegué un día antes de lo previsto, y aunque se hizo un esfuerzo por adelantar la limpieza, la ropa de cama y las toallas del huésped anterior no estaban listas. Además, la habitación y el baño necesitaban una limpieza más profunda, ya que había pelos y acumulación de suciedad. También cabe mencionar que el baño es bastante pequeño, ideal para una persona, pero puede resultar incómodo para dos. La vista desde el balcón no es la mejor, y aunque en las fotos parece más grande, en realidad es bastante reducido. Con estas observaciones, estoy segura que mejorar positivamente para futuros huéspe

December 2024Great stay. Check in was a bit unclear as we weren’t given instructions and there was no signal at the apartment to contact the host. When we did we were told to contact another host who didn’t pick up. We finally got let in with the code after 20 mins or so of hassle

September 2023Sebastian’s place was exactly like the photos and equipped with stuff that is making anyone’s stay comfortable and homey. The room is cozy and the other facilities are pretty and clean. Definitely coming back next time!

November 2023We loved our stay here ! Carlos was super accommodating as we booked this place last minute. This place is so cute and homey and decorated so beautifully ! Not only the inside but also the outside with the bottom floor pool, fire pit areas and rooftop pool as well! Also super plus that it featured a gym at the property. The location is everything !! As It is close to many nearby restaurants, bars, shops, the beach and the center.

February 2024The place was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. We loved the patio. The courtyard was stunning and we loved the little black kitty who hung around! The place is quiet and there are so many awesome little nooks for relaxation and down time. Carlos Sebastian was more responsive when I found out that What's App was the best way to communicate with him. We had a couple of coordinating hiccups and a long wait with our airport shuttle, but Carlos Sebastian sorted it out and we made it to the place, eventually. There were a couple of other housekeeping issues to note that Sebastian did his best to help with if they were in his control: -Missing items from the kitchen and bathroom (garbage bags, dish soap, a couple of towels, salt/pepper, coffee) -Broken sink that sprayed up when we used it. -No water at certain times of the day. -Spotty wifi at times. Overall, this was a lovely stay for a week and we enjoyed our time there!

June 2024Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment! Located right in front of pharmacies and restaurants, but still on the outer edge of the city. Easy access to National parks, freeways, and stores. Best to rent a motorbike or ATV for an extended stay.

June 2024my stay was absolutely grate! place was amazing and there's some street tacos about 5 min walk from the place, let me tell you the BEST food I had during my stay . really recommend this cute , adorable, and cozy place.
