March 2026Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Das einzige Manko war, dass das Wasser an einem Abend nicht lief. Wir haben Joaquin kontaktiert und das Problem wurde in kurzer Zeit wieder behoben. Gerne wieder!

March 2026Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist unglaublich. Die Wohnung war aufgrund des schlechten Empfangs etwas schlecht zu finden und die Straßen sehr uneben. Aber die Wohnung war absolut toll! ?

March 2026Beautiful apartment with plenty of amenities. A large pool in the courtyard plus a rooftop pool that overlooks the area. Also on the roof top, there are two offices with fast internet for calls and work. Brand new gym for those inclined. Overall, great place to stay.

February 2026I loved my stay at Joaquin’s place! It’s incredibly beautiful and I felt right at home. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming, parking was available on site, the amenities are also wonderful! Joaquin was a pleasure to deal with as well and responded right away with anything I needed! I would 100% stay here again!

January 2026Eine wunderschöne Wohnung und auch die Anlage war sehr toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Infinitiy Pool hat uns super gefallen. Gepflegtes, schönes Anwesen und zudem immer jemand an der Rezeption. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

November 2025We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a great location in La Veleta, it’s close to many outstanding restaurants. The building itself is well preserved, the staff takes really good care of it. There are parking spots just outside the building which was a big plus since we rented a car. The apartment was clean. There were few details that caught our attention (the towels were a bit stained, the fridge could have been cleaned more thoroughly) - but apart from that - everything was nice and clean. The owners were really helpful, honestly great communication! Thanks to them our stay was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place, I’d definitely go back!

November 2025I had a great time staying here for 3 weeks. The apartment is clean and layout is simple. Really appreciated the knives, pots/pans, etc. LOVED the blender! =) The place was peaceful. Gorgeous green courtyard filled with tropical plants. Walking distance to Calle 7... try the Pancakes Salato at Raum Gallery in the morning.

November 2024I throughly enjoyed my stay at Joaquins unit. He was a friendly, kind and communicative host. The unit itself was well designed and serene. The complex was like a jungle paradise. The two pools were incredible. The staff, Delfina, I think, and Julia were super friendly. I know there are many awesome properties in Tulum but I would stay there again. Thank you!

December 2023We booked Carlos’s Airbnb very last minute and he was very helpful and accommodating. The king bed was comfortable and the tv has Netflix as well. It is located within walking distance to many restaurants and across from a pharmacy.
