November 2025Joaquin and Gerardo's place was perfect for my 5 day stay. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is perfect for preparing small meals. I was also able to work in the co-working space which was one of the big appeals. The restaurant on-site is delicious and staff incredibly friendly. The pool was also gorgeous and never busy. I rented a scooter during my stay in order to get around - I highly recommend this so as to be able to go into town for meals and get to the beach and other sites nearby.

October 2025I’ve stayed at many places in Tulum, and this was by far my favorite! The apartment is modern, spotless, and has everything you might need — including fast WiFi, which made working remotely super easy. The whole Aflora complex is stunning - beautiful design, a great coworking space, and such a calm, peaceful vibe. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are all incredibly kind and helpful, and the hosts reply literally within seconds to any message. It’s also one of the safest and most convenient locations in Tulum - close to everything but still quiet. And for people like me who are scared of those bikes with pedal brakes

September 2025I had a wonderful one-week stay at Aflora. Joaquin and Geraldo were fantastic hosts—welcoming me early and making sure everything was seamless. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as represented. The onsite restaurant, Panza, was excellent, and the entire staff went above and beyond. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, and although I didn’t use the gym or coworking spaces, they looked great. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful. I would definitely rent here again and highly recommend it to others.

September 2025Aflora Tulum’s location was spot on. The restaurant downstairs had amazing breakfast, we ate there every morning. The gym was a nice touch and the pool was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

July 2025Enjoyed the stay. Spent most of the stay at location and enjoyed the salt water pool which was the high point when not occupied with people not staying at the resort. However the resort installed a security door to stop non guests and after was very relaxing.

May 2025We hebben 2,5 week in dit appartement gezeten en zijn heel erg tevreden. De kamer was ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het complex was ruim opgezet mooi, netjes en schoon. De faciliteiten zoals zwembad, gym, restaurant waren goed. Er is 24/7 beveiliging en de auto of fiets kun je binnen parkeren. Kortom we hebben een topvakantie gehad in dit mooie resort en kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen.

February 2025We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—calm and peaceful, yet close to great attractions like the Jaguar Park, which was just a short bike ride away. The apartment itself was stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and enjoyable space to relax in. The amenities were a huge plus! We were able to use the pool even before check-in, which was a great way to start our stay. The little gym on-site was also a nice bonus. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was incredibly easy. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again!

January 2025Nice place in a really nice little resort. the resort is clean, well staffed, and the restaurant has excellent food and drinks. Rent bikes from the actual hotel concierge up front- they're nicer and cheaper than you'll find elsewhere, and very convenient.

January 2025The place was great! Loved the layout, comfortable bed, and the bathroom is really well designed. The place had everything I needed and the complex is really excellent too. I loved having a restaurant on site and the concierge made it easy to rent a bike to get to the beach access. Parking was super easy and they always had security.

The residence and its pool is gorgeous, and the restaurant on-site is excellent. Joaquin, our host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place !

December 2024Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, da sie dem entsprach, was wir gebucht hatten. Bei uns haben Handtücher gefehlt, die haben wir dann aber einen Tag später bekommen. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden und würden es wieder buchen.

October 2024Estaba alojada con otro anfitrión con el cual tuve problemas por la limpieza y Gerardo y Joaquín fueron muy amables en alojarme en su loft, atendieron rápido a mi urgencia de encontrar un nuevo alojamiento y no me decepcioné. Estaba muy limpio, olor agradable y con todo lo necesario en la cocina y baño, toallas suficientes, plancha para ropa, minirefri. Los anfitriones estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitaba y siempre contestaron muy rápido. Queda en un segundo piso lo cual es un plus para la terraza del loft y te da la sensación de mayor privacidad. El loft está dentro de un complejo tipo hotel, la piscina es increíble y el restaurante te saca de apuros si no quieres salir a buscar comida o cocinar. Está a unos metros de la avenida principal lo cual facilita la transportación a la playa o al centro. Sin duda regresaría a este alojamiento para una estancia larga en Tulum.

August 2024Bien situé entre le centre-ville et la zone hôtelière mais un peu loin à la marche. Il y a tout de même des restos aux alentours! Le restaurant du complexe est très bien! Location de vélo et de VTT possible et flexible! Très beau séjour.

August 2024It was a beautiful apartment with beautiful surroundings. We though had problem with the balcony door in the middle of the stay, and was not able to open it afterwards. Gerardo was responsive, but it wasn’t possible to get it fixed while we were there. I liked the interior, but the floor difficult to keep clean as you could see everything on it. We though found the place really cool, and we really liked the pool and the quietness at the place. Also really nice the complex had a restaurant and it was easy to rent their bikes. The employees working there were really friendly and helpful. Good place for the price I would definitely recommend it.

January 2024It’s been 4 years since my last visit to Tulum so my girlfriend and I decided to visit. Our choice of accommodation was the Aflora apartment complex, Quintana Roo. Our apartment, 217 owned by Carlos Sebastian was compact, beautifully decorated and in an ideal spot (overlooking the gorgeous and very generous pool) A word regarding Carlos, a gracious and charming host. Knowledgeable and available for my numerous queries and questions. The Aflora Apartments are ideally situated between “down town Tulum” and the beautiful, trendy and bijou that is what I would describe as the hotel/beach zone where the chic shops, beach clubs, and bars reside. My girlfriend and I holidayed in Tulum for 2 weeks and can honestly say that we could not have wished for a better apartment/location in which to reside.

January 2024Le logement se trouve dans un hotel magnifique ; la piscine, le restaurant excellent. De plus l’architecture de l’hôtel est sublime et très luxe/branché. A noter : il y a un peu de bruit dans l’hotel (travaux en cours). La chambre est parfaite, on s’y sent très bien avec une décoration très agréable. Cependant à notre arrivée nous avons vu que la chambre n’était pas très propre. Il y avait des cheveux à certains endroits et dans la salle de bain, le sol n’était pas propre (beaucoup de poussière sous les pieds lorsque l’on marchait pieds nus) et il y avait aussi des tâches sur une serviette et sur le drap. Dommage vu le standing de la chambre ! Nous avons informé Carlos concernant le manque de propreté, il nous a dit que cela serait réglé le lendemain pendant notre absence. Lorsque nous sommes revenus rien n’avait été fait et j’ai dû le relancer. Quelqu’un est donc passé dans la soirée mais la serviette n’avait pas été remplacée, le drap pas changé et le sol était toujours sale…

January 2024This Airbnb was really beautiful, extremely clean and in a decent location (walkable to the town and a few other shops etc). We enjoyed the big TV and huge comfy bed. We especially loved the restaurant on sight called Panza - the breakfast there is delicious! The staff working at the complex were also really lovely. However, we were slightly disappointed as the apartment complex/estate is still underdevelopment which wasn't indicated in the description for the flat. This meant it was very quiet and peaceful at night and in the mornings, but during the day there was a lot of noisy building work taking place, which made it hard to relax by the otherwise lovely poolside.

Peaceful and quiet pool area and amazing restaurant on site! Some building work ongoing but not much of a problem at all. Definitely worth price - will be back!!

July 2024El loft es excelente, muy cómodo y con acabados de muy buen gusto. El desarrollo en el que se encuentra tiene una excelente ubicación dentro de Aldea Zama y a un par de minutos de la avenida principal de Tulum que es avenida Coba y que conecta con la playa. La alberca es excelente al igual que su restaurante Panza. Muy buena comunicación y respuesta por parte de Gerardo y Joaquín.
