January 2025Minerva’s studio was spacious & clean. It was nice to have a 24 hour desk and the proximity to el Pueblo (you can walk or take a quick cab) and the beach (easy 10min bike ride) was great. It was also nice that they came halfway through our stay of 11 nights to clean. We also had an area to park/lock our bikes safely which was great. I’m giving 4 stars because unfortunately the elevators were down the entire time we were there and when we arrived we had to wait 2 hours past our check-in time. There is also mold on the bathroom ceiling which should be attended to & the gym and pool were not very clean and so we did not use them which was unfortunate bc it was one of the reasons why we booked it. We had a few power outages but that’s a common issue in most of Tulum. The roads don’t fully connect to the building yet so it tracks in a lot of dirt & if it rains there are very large puddles to walk through. I didn’t factor these things into my rating (not in the owners control).

December 2024Accurate description and clean unit with friendly and responsive host. Internet was good for a video call, around 30mbps. Comfortable large bed. New building with the area around still in development, but great location by newer hotels and restaurants.

December 2024Eines der besten Airbnb die ich hatte. Bis auf die Baustellen, due mich jedoch nicht gestört haben, perfekt. Sollte ich wieder in Tulum sein, werde ich sicherlich dieses Apartment wieder buchen.

December 2024My partner and I recently stayed at an upscale apartment in Tulum after a two-week trip along the Mexican coast. The location was ideal—just a short walk to town and bike ride to the beach. However, several issues impacted our experience. There’s ongoing construction around the building, creating noise, and three significant water leaks were present: one in the bathroom and two in the kitchen. The leaks cause water to drip from the ceiling and damage the walls, suggesting possible mold growth, which affected my partner’s asthma. Despite the apartment’s potential, I wouldn’t recommend staying here until these issues are resolved. The feedback is about the building's condition, not service or cleanliness.

December 2024Fui la más feliz en este Airbnb!!! Minerva muy atenta y linda. El espacio estaba impecable; olía bien, estaba limpio, la cocina bien equipada, mosquiteros , toallas suficientes, la cama es perfecta para descansar. Está muy bien localizado! Hay restaurantes, plazas, renta de bicis a pasos del edificio. Es muy fácil moverte en bici desde este Airbnb; el Chedraui queda unos 5 minutos en bici, las playas a unos 10. Nos gustó tanto que quisimos extender nuestra estadía, pero otra persona tuvo la suerte de bookear el Airbnb antes de que pudiera extenderla. Definitivamente voy a regresar y si vienen a Tulum , háganse el favor de bookear este Airbnb!

December 2024Das Apartment war wunderschön und auch die Lage war super. Leider gab es einen Stromausfall, wodurch auch kein Wasser da war. Da zunächst nicht absehbar war, wann wieder alles funktionieren würde, mussten wir uns leider eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Minerva war so zuvorkommend und hat uns die Zahlung der Buchung zurück erstattet.
