January 2025The location is a bit out of the way if you don't rent a car or scooter, especially with predatory taxis in Tulum. It is quiet, seems safe and there are food, drink and coffee options so thats the trade off. The apartment is a decent size but very dark as the entrance doesnt get light into the first room. Balcony faces inward so not as private but acceptable. My biggest issues are with the bathroom, the sewege smell is terrible at times and the shower head needs obvious maintenance, not sure why it hasnt been addressed yet. Wifi wasnt anything to brag about but that may be Quintana Roo as a whole if they dont have fibre.

November 2024Encantado , todo cómodo ac perfecto, tranquilo hay un restaurante al lado con buena comida y un ambiente agradable, me hubiera gustado estar allí más tiempo, lo recomiendo mucho el sitio tiene todo lo que necesita,gracias Minerva!
