Nice place in a new building with a nice rooftop space and pool! The installation is good, so it’s nice and quiet, no construction noises!!

We enjoyed our stay here for the week! This was our second Airbnb stay in Tulum and the host was super responsive, and brought us spare towels and a water replacement. If you plan to stay in Tulum and eat out all the time, I highly recommend this place. The amenities (pool) and laundry machine were nice. I will say there is some room for improvement: 1. fix the shower door (one door was missing) so water kept spilling out making the entire bathroom wet 2. replace the stove (there was only one hot plate which makes it hard to cook for two people) 3. the building was lacking hot water which made me not like taking showers at all at this Airbnb (they were always so cold) 4. provide drinking water in order to reduce Tulum's plastic pollution problem
