1 Bathroom 1-bedroom apartment in Tulum, with a perfect location and fully equipped for 4 people. On your arrival, you will feel at home, since you could go in and out without anyone bothering you, with the ease of a smart key with a unique password that only you'll have access to the apartment and without fear of losing the key in any of your adventures in Tulum. We will give you towels for the bathroom but also for the pool, so you will not have to use them and have dirty. In the bathroom you will have basic things such as shampoo and soap, I recommend bringing toothpaste, cream, and dental floss, in the kitchen, you will have cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar so you can prepare your favorite dishes. If you don't have the mood to cook, don't worry, almost in front of the building there is a delicious restaurant that can take your favorite dishes to the door of your apartment, I recommend eating on the rooftop so you don't miss the sunset!
Our property does not have access to the beach, however, just 15 minutes away you will find beaches such as Las Palmas, Paraíso, Pescadores, and more. We are in a tourist and safe area.
Keeping the noise moderate after 10pm, is a building with more people looking to relax on their vacation.
The guest will have access to all areas of the apartment and common areas mentioned above.
The host will NOT be on site but always be available for any questions or requests.
The space consists of two areas separated by a full bathroom. On one side you will find a king-size bed and on the other a folding queen-size bed, we know that sofa beds are everything except a sofa and a bed, so we decide to give you a real queen-size bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen for all guests, a dining room, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi to work from home. The apartment has a shared rooftop with a jacuzzi so you can relax under the sun, as well as other common areas with two large pools, jacuzzis, and grills to enjoy with family and friends. We have two parking lots reserved for you. We will be happy to provide you with continuous attention and help you with whatever you need throughout your stay. February 2026Pros: Minerva js a great host and super responsive. LOVED the location - you can walk everywhere. It’s quiet inside and the a/c was amazing on warm nights. The rooftop pool and lounge area were lovely and we almost always had it to ourselves. Hotel is gated and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Cons: -bed is very comfortable but it squeaks/creaks so loudly when you turn, unable to sleep. - the jacuzzi (which we were really looking forward to) is dirty, tiles chipping, minimal water pressure, and the jets don’t work. We couldn’t use it. -shower needs water pressure maintenance and there’s a strong odour from the drain. Toilet also leaks water. We had to buy toilet paper because not enough was provided. No hand towels, shower mat -photos on inside don’t match. It’s not as “cutesy” inside as the photos appear. No wall hangings (except over the bed) and the furniture is not the same. - flooring in kitchen area is raised/broken and we were constantly tripping over it

January 2026I had a wonderful stay in this very spacious unit and enjoyed the rooftop deck area with the several pools available. I look forward to staying again in the future.

January 2026Bardzo dziękuje za cudowne chwile spedzone w Tulum. W apatamencie sa dostepne baseny na dole jak na dwoch rooftopach. Górną częsc polecam najbardziej. Dostepne rózniez darmowa pralnia. Bez problemowy kontakt z gospodarzem :)

December 2025AMAZING LOCATION!! I picked it because when I looked at the map there were coffee shops within walking distance. We tried a different coffee shop every morning during our 6 day stay. The food in the neighborhood was delicious. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be able to watch Netflix when we got back to the room.

January 2025Fue fácil encontrar la ubicación, es un lugar muy tranquilo, tienen cerca tiendas de conveniencia, enfrente encuentras un restaurante, una muy buena ubicación, la anfitriona muy amable y atenta siempre, el lugar es muy bonito, cuenta con albercas agradables, parrillas y jacuzzi en la parte de arriba.

August 2022The apartment and the entire building were great, with comfortable beds, rooftop with jacuzzis, TVs, a kitchen, WiFi, etc. The only thing I would say wasn't great was the nearby streets. Nothing the host can do about it, but so many potholes, big ones. I hope the city fixes this soon.
