1-bedroom apartment in Tulum, with a perfect location and fully equipped for 4 people. The space

On your arrival, you will feel at home, since you could go in and out without anyone bothering you, with the ease of a smart key with a unique password that only you'll have access to the apartment and without fear of losing the key in any of your adventures in Tulum. We will give you towels for the bathroom but also for the pool, so you will not have to use them and have dirty. In the bathroom you will have basic things such as shampoo and soap, I recommend bringing toothpaste, cream, and dental floss, in the kitchen, you will have cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar so you can prepare your favorite dishes. If you don't have the mood to cook, don't worry, almost in front of the building there is a delicious restaurant that can take your favorite dishes to the door of your apartment, I recommend eating on the rooftop so you don't miss the sunset!

The neighbourhood

Our property does not have access to the beach, however, just 15 minutes away you will find beaches such as Las Palmas, Paraíso, Pescadores, and more. We are in a tourist and safe area.

House rules

Keeping the noise moderate after 10pm, is a building with more people looking to relax on their vacation.

Guest access

The guest will have access to all areas of the apartment and common areas mentioned above.

Interaction with guests

The host will NOT be on site but always be available for any questions or requests.

Other things to note

The space consists of two areas separated by a full bathroom. On one side you will find a king-size bed and on the other a folding queen-size bed, we know that sofa beds are everything except a sofa and a bed, so we decide to give you a real queen-size bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen for all guests, a dining room, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi to work from home. The apartment has a shared rooftop with a jacuzzi so you can relax under the sun, as well as other common areas with two large pools, jacuzzis, and grills to enjoy with family and friends. We have two parking lots reserved for you. We will be happy to provide you with continuous attention and help you with whatever you need throughout your stay. The guest will have access to all areas of the apartment and common areas mentioned above. Depto bonito, ( pero el detalle que en la cocina el refrigerador suena mucho en la noche y ahí está la cama adicional, la cama principal truena cada que te mueves y es molesto en la noche ), albercas linda en techo, zona nueva con varios restaurantes, lo único malo es que las calles alrededor están llenas de pozos y no hay por donde pasar ni en carro o los de bicicletas, batallas para encontar estacionamiento ( si hay pero poco ), no hay secadora de pelo aún cuando la anuncian. Tienes que llevar carro o rentar, (no sabíamos que no hay transporte público para moverte y las rentas son muy caras).
