January 2026Amazing penthouse in a perfect location! we have an incredible stay everything was just perfect. location is extremely convenient to get anywhere in less than 10 minutes. the location is very quiet. communication wit the host was 10/10. ideal place for a couple. cooking in the kitchen was a must. showers in perfect conditions, individual restroom very convenient. we will back 100%

November 2025One of the most beautiful Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It’s very well designed and feels like home when inside. Many villas in tulum or just cold plain cement jail cells. But this place was so carefully designed with detail in mind and different textures to the walls. The shower is amazing with a skylight in master bedroom. Loved this place. Highly recommend!

August 2025The condominium is an excellent space to enjoy for 2 to 4 people! The privacy is quite good and made for a very comfortable stay. Air conditioning easily cooled the space. Hot water supply is slightly lacking so showers ran cool after 5-7 minutes. The small, very private plunge pool was warm, though not heated. There are not many restaurants or stores closer than a 15 minute walk, but taxis are available. They are expensive, but available. The beach is only a 15 minute drive away as well as the Gran Cenote. All in all a very good value, comfortable and architecturally beautiful stay! I would recommend this place to friends.
