April 2026Todo excelente, tanto el costo, cómo la estadía en el departamento ? súper amables los guardias , ellos nos ayudaron a reservar una moto, la cual fue de gran ayuda para transportarnos fácilmente mi esposo y yo hacía la playa y la zona hotelera, que por cierto, queda muy cerca del apartamento… en general esta muy limpio y muy bonito todo , la alberca está hermosa y con la vista excepcional… sin duda lo recomiendo … si vuelvo a tulum algún día , sin duda me hospedaría ahí nuevamente. Mil gracias !!

March 2026Wir hatten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb. Das Haus ist neu, sehr schön gestaltet und bietet wunderschöne Räumlichkeiten, in denen man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Rooftop-Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Von dort aus kann man auch einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang geniessen, was den Aufenthalt noch einmal besonderer macht. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die freien, bewachten Parkplätze, was sehr praktisch und beruhigend ist. Der Check-in verlief ebenfalls reibungslos und sehr angenehm. Einziger Hinweis: Um die Umgebung optimal zu erkunden, benötigt man ein Auto oder alternativ ein ATV, eine Vespa, ein Töff oder ein Velo. Mit einem Fahrzeug ist jedoch alles gut erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

March 2026We checked into Sebastian place because we were so unhappy with our other accommodation, as soon as I walked into Sebastian’s place I felt right at home. You could easily walk to the entrance of the national park which has the most beautiful beaches. The apartment was clean and the towels were so soft! Definitely a perk when traveling. I hope on my next trip to Tulum I am able to stay at Sebastian’s home again!

February 2026Phänomenaler Gastgeber, ich habe es lange nicht erlebt, dass jemand sich so viel Mühe gemacht hat und auch auf eine etwas kompliziertere Reisesituation, wie es bei mir leider der Fall war, professionell und zuvorkommend reagiert. Danke! Ich konnte dann leider kurzfristig aufgrund meiner privaten Situation nicht in der Unterkunft sein, wäre aber gern in der super hübschen Wohnung geblieben. Es stimmt einfach alles. Sie haben mir sogar einen Adapter zum Laden meines Telefons geliehen, weil ich keinen dabei hatte. Alles top sauber und neu. Auch die Geräte. Empfehlung! Nächstes Mal würde ich sehr gerne dort bleiben. Danke

February 2026Great value for the cost! You’ll definitely need a vehicle/bike/motorcycle to get around. We found the place extremely clean and relaxing. We LOVED the rooftop view and the sunset over the jungle.

January 2026The apartment was walking distance to Parque de Jaguar, with easy access to the Tulum Ruins, public beaches, and beach clubs. The building felt super safe with 24/7 security, and well-stocked for a short visit. Would stay here again!

January 2026Great choice for Tulum. A bit out of the center, but walking distance to the beach and the south entrance to the Parque del Jaguar. Surrounded by jungle and very peaceful. Nice grounds. The pool in one of the buildings is closed for repairs, but we used the one in the next building. Clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities and easy to cook in. The hosts were super responsive and kind.

December 2025Wonderful location! Private and quiet but close enough to the beaches and restaurants! Off the main strip near the beach! Everything is brand new and clean. Property is beautiful! My only feedback is I would suggest bringing wash cloths for bathing. There wasn’t any. Secondly, be careful on the stairs. It’s not something the host can control, but it’s dark in the stairwell and a tripping hazard when the lights are not on during the day. Over I would stay here again! Very welcoming and clean space!

November 2025l'appartement est magnifique et impeccable tout le nécessaire est là on s'y sent très bien , nous avons même prolongé le séjour ! la piscine est vraiment top avec une belle vu, tout est neuf et bien pensé ! juste l'emplacement il faut soit un vélo soit un scooter car il n'y à rien a proximité mais c'est calme et pas loin de la plage à pied .

Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la pomme de douche, mais elle a été remplacée très rapidement, ce qui a été grandement apprécié. La communication était fluide et les réponses toujours rapides. Petit bémol : la buanderie est un peu chère (300 pesos la brassée), ce qui peut revenir coûteux si l’on a plusieurs lessives à faire. Dans l’ensemble, une très belle expérience !

October 2025We really enjoyed the Airbnb. the location worked great for us. it's super close to Jaguar sanctuary. easy to get around. the pool was super fun and clean. the room was spotless, Joaquin was super accommodating. Room was great. quiet building if you have a hard time sleeping this is perfect. We want to return here.

Lo único peligroso que notamos durante nuestra estancia fue que es un complejo habitacional muy solo lo cual lo hace un poco peligroso ya que encontramos a un chico que no estaba hospedado en el complejo y diario estaba dentro como rondando los departamentos insistente en ofrecer servicios turísticos etc etc no hay aún una buena vigilancia contando que es un lugar apartado y solitario

August 2025Great spot at a great price!! Location was closer to Hotel Zone than I expected and very close to bike and scooter rental. Gated & 24/7 security was wonderful and they made sure I made it to the condo. AC worked great, amenities were just right, and the rooftop pool was stunning! I can’t wait to return!! Thank you!!!

July 2025I must say Joaquin is an excellent host. There were a few concerns and I made a few suggestions that I trust Joaquin and his team will implement immediately. The place is lovely, well decorated and the pool on the roof is amazing. To fully enjoy the place it is best to have some form of transportation, yet I loved the privacy and quiet, so it suited me. I have to give Joaquin 10 stars for going out of his way to return two very speacial rings I left behind. He was amazing and got them back to me straightaway. I loved the bed in the bedroom super comfy! And the outdoor deck was lovely to watch the night sky. Enjoy!
