May 2026Wir hatten eine rundum wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung, und die Lage war perfekt, um die modernen Ecken von Tulum entspannt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch kulinarisch war alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, und die Wohnung selbst war einfach traumhaft – fast wie aus einem Film. Zwei kleine Hinweise hätten wir noch: Durch die offene Wand in der Dusche können gelegentlich Tiere ins Bad gelangen, und beim Check-in war es für uns zunächst nicht ganz eindeutig, welche Tür zu unserem Haus gehört. Davon abgesehen haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

March 2026We loved this house. We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect for our young family and felt like home. It’s beautifully designed and has lovely furnishings and interiors and comfy beds. The private pool is very clean with pumps that come on twice a day with a lovely water feature. The hosts gave us great tips of places to go and there are some lovely restaurants 10 minutes walking on Calle 7 in La Veleta. You will want a car and prepare yourself for bad roads and lots of potholes as this area is still developing.

March 2026Overall, this is a good option for a couple or 4 adults. The floor to ceiling windows were my favorite! It’s relatively close to all the eateries and beach by car. I do recommend that you bring mosquito repellent. The bathrooms do not have a window screen, which I messaged the host about for future consideration.

February 2026Gloria’s place was a sweet gem. Peaceful oasis with the very nice patio and plunge pool, plus bigger pool right outside our doors. This beautiful apartment is located in the part of town with new developments, restaurants and coffee shops near by. Quick 10 min ride to the beach. It was perfect for us. Gloria was very attentive and accommodating, ready to help with any of our questions and desires. She gave us a late check out which was very helpful.

February 2026This place was exactly as described! We had so much space and loved the quiet surroundings. The beds are comfortable and it's wonderful to be able to sit on the patio as well. The neighborhood is easy to get around and we felt very at home there—it's just a short walk to a whole area of shops and restaurants. Laundry in the unit is a huge bonus, too!

January 2026Everything was perfect during our stay. The house was just as beautiful as in the photos and had a very cozy atmosphere. The hosts answered all our questions patiently and in great detail. When we mentioned we needed extra towels, they provided them on the same day. Location of the house is very easy to reach the beach and local spots if you rent a bicycle. If we ever visit Tulum again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for everything??

December 2025This place is very beautiful! We loved the open windows and the private pool was an added touch. The beds were very comfy and everything was clean. Because of the roads not exactly being tip top shape (not their fault), we were able to rent an ATV which made getting to the place easy! They recommended us shuttles from the airport which was very helpful. They were super responsive to anything we messaged them about and very kind. We would definitely stay here again!

December 2025We had the best week at this beautiful property. located in the quieter side of town a 10 minute walk from the local strip with plenty of restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the area. The accommodation was beautiful with two great en suites, private garden and plunge pool, kitchen and everything else you need. We felt like we were in the private penthouse. The hosts were fast to respond to queries and gave contacts to trusted local services like ATV hire and airport transfer (use them). I would suggest ATV hire as the roads can be a bit bumpy and rough for a scooter or you can walk/taxi if that's your thing. Overall we had the best time and I didn't want to leave at the end of the week! Highly recommend as one of my all time favourite AirBnBs. Thank you hosts :)

August 2025Lovely stay!!! The place was wonderful. Very peaceful you forget that you have neighbors. The pool area was great for relaxing, you can hear the birds singing all day. The concierge service provided was amazing. I was able to book massages, drivers and a chef with them. The host had many recommendations as well. The local food delivery service they recommended had everything from Mexican to Italian food. Very close to downtown Tulum, Cenotes and activities. The host was also understanding when I had to arrive earlier than expected do to an emergency. I’d definitely return and recommend.!

April 2025Tulum stays can often be a hit or miss - but this was absolutely a hit! The home is beautiful, and has everything you need. Everything was clean. Quiet, no construction, and beautiful light every morning. It’s a few streets down from a main road so you can walk if you need to. Hosts were great, always responsive. Truly, will book again!
