March 2026Das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das wir während unserer Mexico-Reise hatten. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben allerdings nicht wirklich selbst gekocht. Kühlschrank, Wasser, Waschmaschine, alles einwandtfrei. Absoluter Luxus mit dem privaten Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Einziges Manko: wenn man zeitnah etwas braucht (Info oder zB Wasserbehälter), dann dauert die Antwort trotz drei Personen auf der Vermietenden-Seite mit mind. 3 Stunden doch sehr lang. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft auch für einen längeren Zeitraum komfortabel (wir waren 3 Nächte dort).

February 2026Excellent séjour a Tulum! le logement est top, propre et bien situé. Sebastian est très réactif. Literie parfaite. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Si nous revenons à Tulum c' est ici que nous reviendrons.

January 2026The property was beautiful—modern and stylishly decorated. The pools and terrace were definite highlights and made for a relaxing atmosphere. However, a few missing amenities impacted our overall comfort and experience. The Wi-Fi information provided on the fridge and in the check-in instructions was incorrect, and we only received a working network on the second day after following up. The beds were made with just sheets and no blankets, which left us feeling a bit cold at night. Although the property had two pools, no pool towels were provided. Additionally, the grill was dirty upon arrival, and there was no lighter available in the house. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade to improve the cooking experience.

January 2026Great place, just like the photos. Plenty of parking. The stairs are pretty steep, I skipped on then, and it's a bit scary if you have young children. Very clean, and plenty of amenities.

December 2025We had a comfortable stay here. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarket on the main street, and a 4 min drive to La Veleta which also has great eateries. Tulum ruins, Gran Cenote, the beach clubs are all 15-30 min away. We were there with two kids who were eager to use the pool but couldn’t as it rained one of the days we were there and the pool was filled with leaves for the rest of our 3 day trip. There was also an issue with the washing machine which was communicated to us when we arrived (didn’t work the whole time) and the internet didn’t work either after the first day. We weren’t home too much so it didn’t bother us too much. Better to carry shampoo and conditioner, the bathroom downstairs didn’t have any. We let the hosts know and they were apologetic about it so hopefully won’t be an issue the next time. The pool courtyard is very pretty and we appreciated the little gym with a treadmill, bike, and elliptical.

December 2025Great place to stay, very private and clean. The both pools were a hit with the kids. I wish at least one bed was a true Queen or King but overall was sufficient for my family of 4.

July 2025Volvería siempre a este lugar, seguro, tranquilo, limpio, bonito, estuvimos muy cómodos y satisfecho con toda la familia. El área está para descansar después de tus actividades en Tulum. El centro queda a 5 min en carro y el lugar está ideal para llegar a relajarte por las tardes. Además que aceptaron mi reservación 5 min antes de llegar. Sin duda un excelente lugar para parejas. Yo llevaba dos niños y la pasaron genial en la alberca
