April 2026We loved this place. The loft style apartment was beautiful and clean. And the condo grounds were also beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfectly situated to be able to reach both the beach and downtown areas quickly and easily by car.

February 2026We stayed at Mistiq Gardens for 9 days while in Tulum. The condo looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. The pool area was very nice, and the rooftop views were excellent. We had a very relaxing stay as the condo was very quiet. It was a close drive to restaurants and the beach. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would certainly stay here again! Highly recommend!

February 2026This is a beautiful place in a great location! The property is very peaceful, and is 10 minutes from both the city center and the beach. Sebastian is extremely helpful, and was very supportive of all my needs during my stay. Also, this unit comes with a parking spot in the garage which is very helpful if you rent a bike/car.

January 2026Nice place. Convenient location. We enjoyed the roof top bar several times. People at the front desk are very alert and nice. Greeted us every time we walked by! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone staying in Tulum. 1/2 way between town and the beach.

December 2025This was a great stay! The property is beautiful and the apartment looks just like the pictures even better! Beautiful pools all around and there is a gym located on the property. Anything you need the front desk will be able to help you with as well! Highly recommend!

December 2025Mistiq Gardens was amazing. Lots of pools with plants everywhere. The rooftop pool and restaurant were amazing, quiet. It felt like I had the place to myself. Very close to the beach. Rented a scooter for 400 pesos a day, best way to get around. There were so many cute cat’s in the building running around. Very clean, gym was great. Would highly recommend especially for the price.
