June 2026AMAZING! It was definitely the best experience on Airbnb I ever had. Antonio was caring, super helpful and responded very fast. He even offered some advices about Playa del Carmen in general, thank you so much! The place itself is perfect ♥️. The building and the apartment were crystal clear, the personal at the reception was very very friendly and kind. The pool on the roof was amazing, the view on the ocean breathtaking. There's even a gym equipment on the rooftop. The location couldn't be better, it was a few steps from the 5 Av. but at the same time the apartment was calm and private. There were many useful kitchen utensils and a huge nice TV. The AC worked perfectly. I loved the place so much that I extended my stay a few days more which was not a problem and super easy - thank you soooo much also for that. The bed was very comfortable, there were many different pillows. I will LOVE to stay there again next time I visit playa del carmen. The location is very close to the beach.

March 2026O apartamento é muito bonito, exatamente como nas fotos. Colado na quinta avenida, porém o apartamento é muito silencioso, você não escuta barulho de música ou de pessoas falando. Muito perto da praia também, a piscina é maravilhosa!

March 2026Trotz bester Lage in Playa del Carmen ist es absolut ruhig im Apartment, welches toll ausgestattet. Als es kleinere Probleme gab eilte uns Antonio schnell zur Hilfe. Der Pool auf dem Rooftop ist fantastisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.

February 2026Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. Quelques irritants toutefois. L’hôte ne laisse qu’une seule clé. Ça devient complexe et contraignant quand ceux qui séjournent au logement ne veulent pas faire les mêmes activités. Nous avons demandé une deuxième clé, mais c’était impossible. Aussi, il manque des essentiels pourtant énumérés dans l’annonce: sel, poivre, huile, verres à vin, séchoir à cheveux…l’hôte a apporté ce qui manquait le lendemain, sauf le séchoir à cheveux, qui a pris trois jours. Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement, c’est parfait! Près de la 5e sans entendre toute la musique, à quelques coins de rues de la plage et à un coin de rue d'une épicerie et de plusieurs restos. Tout se fait à pied.

January 2026Had an amazing time staying here! Cannot beat the location, walking distance to the beach and located right on 5th avenue where all the night life is. Yet when you’re in your home it’s nice and quiet! Nice rooftop pool and gym. Will definitely be back next time I come to visit! My flight was 2 hours late and didn’t get in until 9pm- Antonio communicated with me the entire time and made sure I was still picked up and dropped off. He made the process very easy!!

December 2025Antonio was an exceptional host even before we arrived. This trip was a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. The day before we arrived Antonio went to the bakery, picked out a cake and left it in the fridge. He truly goes above and beyond. We had an issue with internet connectivity. He came right over and within the hour we were up and running. He is kind and responsive; a truly exceptional host.

Quiet room (some people with exterior views mentioned their rooms being loud, but ours was really quiet being an interior view). One member of the front desk staff was consistently sleeping at the desk and mostly unhelpful/a bit rude, but everyone else was nice and attentive. Location was excellent! You must try sushi Nokkai right around the corner! Really great restaurants near by, right off of the main strip. I think this rental is best suited for one person staying short term.

November 2025This end of fifth Avenue is where you want to be because it's close to the beach and it's got last night clubs but great restaurants. There is a nightclub across the road called Onyx and it's very loud when you walk past it to go to your room, but once you're in the room, you don't hear a single thing.

October 2025Great deal! Right next to Avenida 5 but in a quiet street. The flat has everything you can need. It is a studio flat but it is spacious enough that two adult and two large dogs had plenty of space to do separate things. The pool is fantastic and the small gym has a very complete set of dumbbells and machinery. Finally Antonio was a very attentive host, he checked several times on us making sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay again.

October 2025The place was really cute and nicely decorated. The location is unbeatable close to everything but very quiet at the same time. I highly recommend this studio if you are staying for a few days and you need a quiet and cute place to crash after a day exploring and eating out. The rooftop terrace is also a great plus. Antonio was very kind and super responsive when I asked him for assistance.

September 2025My stay at the apartment was great. The location is perfect, right by the 5th avenue but quiet and private at the same time. Roof top pool has excellent views of the ocean. WiFi worked without issues as well if you're looking to work remotely. Antonio was responsive with communication and responded to my queries without hesitation. I recommend this apartment if you're looking to stay in PDC close to 5th Ave.

September 2025Pros- Place was perfect for my son and I. Walking distance from restaurants, beach, stores and tour pickup spots. It had everything needed for a home away from home. Cons-balcony doesn’t have the best view but we didn’t visit to see balcony views lol. Unlocking the door was tricky at 1st but I got the hang of It. Whoever hires the security should make him get off his ass and his phone and open the door for guest that he already recognizes, he opened the door for us twice, so I know he is able to open it all the time, so we don’t have to scramble Looking for the code to get in the building. This has nothing to do with the Airbnb itself.

Fue flexible con nuestra hora de llegada, siempre se mantuvo al pendiente con lo que necesitábamos, el departamento muy bien equipado, no hubo ningún detalle, a pesar de estar frente a un par de bares, no hubo ruido o molestia alguno, y con la cama tan deliciosa descansamos súper bien… cuando regrese a Playa del carmen, por supuesto que será de la mano de Antonio

August 2025It was a lovely experience working with Antonio. He’s responsive & professional. The location is perfect overall. Conveniently located, grocery store directly across the street, track and field behind the building which I found to be a cool feature, also beside 5th ave, without the noise as it’s positioned on a quiet side of the building. I found the location to be quiet & great for work. Internet connection was strong & efficient. The pool is the vibe! Cleanliness on par and well maintained. The gym had a lovely view too, offering just enough to get a basic workout in. The pictures are accurate and its design feels comforting. I’d return for sure. Great for expats!
