May 2026Mi estancia en este apartamento en Aldea Zama fue inmejorable. Desde el momento de la llegada, todo estuvo perfecto: el lugar es sumamente limpio, moderno y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones. La ubicación es excelente, permitiendo moverse con facilidad por la zona. Lo recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera que busque calidad y buen servicio en Tulum. También quiero comentar que justo al lado del edificio hay renta de bicicletas y motocicletas, muy recomendado

April 2026Our stay at this apartment was flawless. The location is truly unmatched within Aldea Zama, sitting on what is arguably the best street in the entire neighborhood. Top-tier restaurants, a pharmacy, a 24/7 grocery store, tennis/padel courts and even a laundromat are just steps away, while the beach is only a short ride away, making everything seamless. The apartment itself is immaculate, stylish, and fully equipped with every detail needed for a comfortable and elevated stay. Sebastián was a great host, highly attentive and always ensuring everything runs perfectly. This is easily a 10/10 property we would return to in a heartbeat.

January 2026It’s basic but as pictured. I wouldn’t call it cozy but its clean and has almost everything needed. It could use some maintenance. The building has a small rooftop pool with comfy day beds if you like to catch some sun. The location is walkable with some restaurants and a 7/11. It’s overlooks the street in a fairly busy area so it can be a little noisy at times. There is no security onsite.

December 2025Communication was fantastic. Always helpful and super responsive. The apartment was clear, modern and had everything I needed. Clean and stylish, right in the heart of Aldea Zama, it was Perfect for a quiet night in or going out to the many restaurants and cafes nearby. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommended
