March 2026Hi! We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the location — it was close to everything and very convenient. This unit has its own private pool (small) but nice after it was fixed. The complex pool was great and perfect temperature. Thank you also for responding quickly when we mentioned the pool and toilet issues; we appreciated how promptly that was handled. A few small things we noticed: the inside of the oven didn’t seem to be working (we didn’t end up asking to have it fixed), some dishes were not fully clean, and the outdoor plants looked quite dry. It might be helpful to do a quick check of the house before new guests arrive. We left the house very clean at the end of our stay and washed all the beach towels as well. Overall, we had a great visit and would still recommend the place. Thank you again to Antonio for helping address the issues during our stay — we truly appreciated it and are happy to leave a 5-star review:)

February 2026Great unit in a fantastic location downtown playa del Carmen. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. Great for families. We loved the shared pool as well as the private rooftop space. Antonio was a great host and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

February 2026What a great place to stay while in Playa. Condo is exceptional in all ways including Antonio the host. He always answered immediately when we reached out, and addressed the small issue we had within a day to make sure our stay was perfect. The condo itself is exactly as portrayed. The rooftop pool area is an amazing place to spend the day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and plenty of plates/utensils, spices etc. Plenty of towels and linens stocked as well.This is hard to find in MX. They even have a closet with beach chairs, umbrella's and a wagon to cart it all the few blocks to the beach for the day. The building itself is smaller and quiet, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a school right across the street so action starts early through the week. Only an issue if you are not an early riser. School starts at 7am. I would not hesitate to book this luxury space again. Worth every penny
