Great place to stay at and good value for money. Central to Tulum centro and the beach though both are a drive/bike ride away. For taxis - download InDrive App otherwise the drivers will take advantage. Found a great neighborhood which we walked to called Veleta where there are some great street tacos , bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Try Veleta Market and look them up on IG. Had a couple of issues on check-in due to poor cell network, so I did not receive the instructions for entry without going to get WIFI. Short power outage on the day of arrival but back on with 2-3 hrs. Still ongoing construction on site and parking lot is unfinished. Taking into account the price, it was good value in a clean apartment with good utensils and a super comfortable king bed!! Thanks!
