April 2026We booked Sebastian’s place on the day after deciding we wanted to go back to Tulum, it’s pretty much brand new and very well decorated. The building itself is very well maintained and although we had a slight issue with a toilet blockage that was rectified very quickly by the team. Location is great, we didn’t try the private pool but the shared one upstairs is pretty much all yours. We only saw a couple of other people during our stay. It’s a great place!
