Two air conditioning systems, one for the bedroom and the other for the living room and kitchen area. Everything on the ground floor, without stairs to climb.

We are available before, during, and after your stay through our virtual concierge to answer any questions and ensure your experience is seamless. Reception will only assist with guest check-in; any issues within the apartment should be directed to our staff.
Access is private via a key box. We offer mid-stay cleaning at an additional cost and a virtual concierge who can arrange tours, transfers, ATV or motorcycle rentals, and other experiences. Please note that the access road may be bumpy after heavy rains. This jungle retreat is designed for you to disconnect while still being close to the best of Tulum.
