The space

Torre 48 sits on Avenida 10, central enough to walk everywhere, tucked one block off Quinta Avenida so you can actually sleep at night.
Primary bedroom: king bed, A/C, smart TV, and full en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom: two twin beds, A/C, smart TV, and its own full bathroom.
Living area: contemporary open-plan living/dining for 4, sofa bed for a 5th guest, smart TV with cable, and a half bath for visitors.
Kitchen: fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with drip coffee maker and essentials provided.
Balcony: your private spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.
Work-friendly: fast WiFi (700 Mbps) and a comfortable workspace.
We provide fresh linens and duvets, one bath towel and one pool towel per guest, hand and kitchen soap, and beach chairs for your days by the sea.

The neighbourhood

Torre 48 is on Avenida 10, about a 2-minute walk to Quinta Avenida and roughly 500 m from the beach. The block mixes boutique condos, local cafés, and tourist spots, lively by day, calm enough at night. The Cozumel ferry, ADO terminal, and dozens of beach clubs are all within walking distance; Tulum and Cancún airport are an easy drive.

Parking is shared among building guests (4 spots, unassigned). If parking is essential, message us before booking.

The apartment is cleaned before arrival and after checkout; mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee, let us know in advance.
We aim to be energy-conscious and appreciate responsible use of the A/C units.
Exterior security cameras on the building (common areas only, never inside the unit).
